DIY : LINDSEY ADELMAN CHANDELIER

November 15, 2012

Our new apartment didn’t have a light in the living/bedroom.  We have been putting off buying something because everything seemed expensive and a little boring.  Until I came across this DIY project on Design Sponge and I fell in love.  Lindsey Adelman is a lighting artist who very generously put up a DIY for this chandelier on her site.  We decided to give it a go.

In fact I am pretty glad that my husband who has at least a small amount of understanding about electrical work was there to help out.  In the end it was about 2 hours and I am really happy with the outcome. Yes, we know that it is a little bold, but at least it isn’t boring right? I wouldn’t say that this is an easy project, but doable.
